You must enter correct fulfillment details (such as player ID or UID). Digital top-ups are delivered to the details you submit. Errors from incorrect data may prevent correct delivery or send credit to another account and often cannot be reversed automatically.
Prices & payment

Delivery
Most products are delivered instantly or within minutes after payment confirmation. Track status from the Orders page. If waiting exceeds the usual window for that product, contact support with your order number.
Refunds & cancellation
Successfully delivered digital products are generally non-refundable. If fulfillment fails or a store-side technical issue occurs, we will review the case via support. Orders fulfilled using incorrect customer-entered details are typically not refundable.
